Noonie Fortin, USAR, ret » author, speaker, publisher
and probably most important of all, veteran. In her 22 plus years in
the Army, she reached the rank of E-8 and serves as a Retired Reserve.
She is a prolific author and writer and her book, “Memories of
Maggie”, is an excellent account of Martha Raye, an entertainment
legend in three wars. Noonie is a much sought after speaker and writes
regularly for the Military Network as “Sarge”.
